Service Description
Thank you for your interest in a one-on-one Breathwork Session! Before we begin, we'll discuss your expectations, current obstacles, and what you wish to release during our time together. Through a 30-minute active breathing process, we'll work on both conscious and superconscious levels to release stagnant energy accumulated in the body from past stress or trauma. I'll provide support throughout, fostering a safe space for any emotions that may arise as you alchemize the energy. This process enables you to reconnect with your body, reduce stagnation, and let go of what no longer serves you. What to Expect: After booking, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your session details and a Zoom link or location details. Additionally, you'll receive a personal email from me containing a liability form, Zoom/location instructions, and full preparation information. Please contact me before booking to confirm the location if it has not already been arranged. How to Prepare: Ensure you're in a quiet, private place for the call. The session, lasting approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, will take place via Zoom unless otherwise specified. Also, ensure that your internet connection is stable to prevent any delays or disturbances. What to Bring/Have: Blanket Journal and Pen *Eye Cover *Grounding Stones or Crystals *Head Pillow Something Comfortable To Lay On (Yoga Mat) (*Optional but recommended.) Important Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, please provide 48 hours' notice.
